Hey everyone! I’m finally back with a brand new blog post. I apologize for being away for the last several weeks. Life has been pretty crazy recently and I was also away on the Mediterranean cruise of my dreams, which is what this blog post is going to be all about. I’m so excited to share my experience and pictures with you all as this was such an amazing cruise. I had actually been wanting to visit southern Europe, in particular Spain and the Amalfi Coast for a while now, so thanks to Royal Caribbean (not sponsored, but I wish), my mom and I finally made it happen! UK 2018 Photo Diary

Happy New Year everyone! 2018 was a whirlwind of a year for me, filled with lots of change (for the better) and putting myself and my happiness first. I couldn’t be happier with how the year went, and I’m looking forward to what 2019 brings me! I wish all of you the best in the new year as well!

To finish off 2018, my family and I decided to do a little road trip for the holidays in the UK. It was so weird to be away from home for Christmas, but I can never say no to travelling and a new adventure. We flew into London and drove up to Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, then back down to Liverpool and London again. It’s time to celebrate the first official long weekend of the summer! If you’re in Canada, you’re celebrating Canada Day this weekend, and if you’re in America, you’ll be celebrating the 4th of July in only a few days. So of course this week, I thought it would be fun to put together a little Canada Day/4th of July lookbook. These are just ideas of what I would wear to celebrate the holiday depending on the activity/where I’m going. And in case you’re wondering, this year for the Canada Day long weekend, I’ll be heading up to Algonquin Park for a few days of good ole’ camping. Hiking trails, beach days, bonfires, and BBQs, I’m comin’ for ya!

I’m SO excited for this week’s blog post because if you know me, you know that I pretty much live for music festivals! Music festivals combine the two things I love most (and pretty much what my blog is all about) – music and fashion, in the most laid-back and fun environment.  There’s something for everyone at a music festival, whether it be the music, food, fashion, or just the good ole company. Now I know I might be a bit late since quite a few music festivals have already happened this year, but better late than never right? When Coachella took place back in April, I wrote a blog post sharing a few of my festival tips (read it HERE!), and I also promised a full festival lookbook, so this is what you’re getting this week! Below are three festival ready looks that I’ll be rocking at Osheaga Music Festival in August this year. I’ll be breaking down each look plus giving you some tips at the end on what to wear and pack so you can stay comfy all weekend long. Remember, music festivals are all about having fun with your friends while seeing your favourite bands perform, so these outfits are styled with that in mind.
