I can’t believe Christmas is in a few days! It feels like it has come so quickly this year, not that I’m complaining. I’ll be keeping this post short and sweet this week since it’s the holidays, but I just wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to read, follow, comment, and show support on my blog this year. This is something I’ve always thought of doing and wanted to do, and even though it’s still in the early stages, it has been so much fun and so rewarding for me to see my blog come to life and have it read by everyone. So thank you!

I’m not really going to go too much into the outfit this week. It’s been so cold here recently and has started snowing quite a bit, so I thought I would just put on my big, fluffy teddy coat that I wore a few posts ago (see it here) and layer it over a chunky knit sweater and go out to play in the snow! Truthfully though, my hands and toes actually became numb while trying to take these pictures, so it wasn’t all fun and games.

To end off this week’s short post, I’m featuring Bon Iver’s Blood Bank. I’m sure you have all heard of Bon Iver by now, but this song (actually most of his songs) just give me chills! His music is perfect for mellow winter afternoons/evenings by the fire. They are so hauntingly beautiful, and I thought this song would be perfect, given that it’s about two strangers who happen to meet on a snowy day.

Hope everyone has a happy holidays surrounded by loved ones!
